Available as a set of three, these sturdy yet stretchy fabric bands allow you to choose between light, medium, and heavy resistance to build strength and balance in your upper body, abs, glutes, and legs. These bands are a lightweight, travel-friendly alternative for strength training workouts on the go.
Our circle bands are available in 2 diameters. The S/M band is 13" in diameter, 3 inches smaller in diameter than the L/XL band.
Curious about which size is best for you? We recommend standing up straight with your feet hip width apart. Using a measuring tape, measure the circumference around your quads, right above your knees. The band size you select should fit snuggly but not constricting.
As a guide, the light band is 10-15 pounds of resistance, medium is 20-25 pounds of resistance, and heavy is 25-55 pounds of resistance. The heavy band should only be added when you feel the medium band feels too easy, and it is only recommended for lower body movements.
