-The product comes with a pair of quick-release shoulder rests that can be adjusted and removed easily.
-The padded headrest has three positions, with two above the carriage and one at carriage level.
-The ropes can be adjusted with a snap and come with springs in three different strengths: two yellow (light), two green (medium), and one red (heavy).
-The foam handles, double feet and hand loops, and pulleys are included in the package.
-The machine also includes a built-in standing platform with a non-slip surface for safety.
-Additional accessories such as a jump board and box are also included.
This machine is suitable for home workouts as well as studio use.
